Molecular Gastronomy + ISBIM

Exciting news! It makes me hungry!

ISBIM is excited to announce a future collaboration with Pasty chef extrodinaire James Kim. Kim is one of the head chefs at Hotel Pullman and is going to be working on some sort of fashion/ yummy delicious food collaboration near the end of this year. What this is going to be exactly yet? We are still hashing out the details.... One thing we know for sure though, it will be De-licious!
